Bob Cornell
Bob has broad experience in real estate brokerage and has continued to specialize in industrial properties over his long career. In 1992 he was one of the founders of the company and serves as President. Bob has been privileged to work with many local and regional business owners over the years and has numerous loyal clients. His educational background in real estate began as a graduate in the business school at the University of Arizona majoring in real estate.

Richard McClure, President of Pennsylvania Commercial Management Services and Director of Property Management for Pennsylvania Commercial Real Estate, is a veteran of over twenty-five years in the property and facility management business.
Gene Galiardi
Gene has over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage. Gene has represented numerous local and national companies in lease and sales transactions. His client-focused approach and market knowledge simplify and expedite these firms’ transactions. Gene became Partner of Pennsylvania Commercial Real Estate in 2022. During his career, Gene has served as a volunteer instructor in Junior Achievement on several non-profit boards of directors and in local Lions Clubs.

Scott Long
Scott is a seasoned industrial real estate professional and joined Pennsylvania Commercial Real Estate in 1998 and became Partner in 2022. As Vice President, Scott specializes in the acquisition, development, and leasing of industrial properties, including warehouses, distribution centers and manufacturing facilities. His strategic insight and market acumen have consistently driven significant value for clients and stakeholders.

Ray Thimons
Ray began his career in steel and heavy industrial equipment sales in 1974. During his 30-year tenure, he built and managed his family’s real estate investment portfolio, accumulating more than a million square feet of crane-served industrial and commercial properties. Ray joined Pennsylvania Commercial Real Estate in 2012 and became Partner in 2022. Ray’s success in brokerage has been attributed to his diverse local market knowledge, responsiveness, and uncompromising integrity. As a lifelong Pittsburgh resident, Ray’s background provides clients with a unique perspective to evaluating properties for their specific use and/or their potential return on investment.

Steve Davis
Vice President of Financial Services and Director of Development
Steve has focused his long real estate career on the acquisition and development of numerous real estate projects. Projects developed include office, retail, and multi-family assets. Steve also advises clients on their real estate needs and helps them develop and execute their strategic plans, adding value throughout the process.
Ned Shekels
Ned Shekels has been with Pennsylvania Commercial Real Estate, Inc. since 1994. During his thirty years in the commercial/industrial brokerage industry, he has sold and leased over 4,000,000 square feet, and has handled hundreds of transactions for various property owners, developers, hospitals, banks, corporations and law firms in the tri-county areas. After serving for three years as a Sergeant in the Army, and a tour of duty in Vietnam, Ned received his B.S. from Robert Morris College in 1975.

Jon Harrigan
Jon Harrigan, one of the Founders of Pennsylvania Commercial in 1992, has over 50 years of corporate and commercial real estate experience. He began his brokerage career in 1981, as a Senior Broker in building and tenant representation. As a broker and development consultant, he has concluded office leases and development projects with many major corporate clients and law firms, totaling over 20 million square feet. Prior to his brokerage career, Mr. Harrigan spent 12 years in Corporate Real Estate with Koppers and Rockwell International. As Director of Real Estate, he was responsible for all Corporate Real Estate Leasing along with Acquisitions and Dispositions. Jon graduated from West Virginia Wesleyan College in 1969 with a BS in Business Administration.

Laura Lee Mongiovi
Commercial Brokerage & Tenant Representation
Laura Lee has over 25 years of experience working as a commercial broker in the Greater Pittsburgh Area. She has represented Fortune 500 companies, as well as small to medium-sized enterprise companies. Laura Lee assists qualified clients to secure funding programs through state and local agencies. She works with her clients in both the disposition of existing real estate, as well as in their search for new. Laura Lee graduated from Centenary College in Hackestown, N.J. and continued her education at Penn State University. She is fun to work with and enjoys new challenges.
David DiBenedetto
David DiBenedetto joined Pennsylvania Commercial Real Estate in October 2020. Prior to joining Pennsylvania Commercial, David worked for a year in residential real estate sales, as well as four years as a Mortgage Loan Originator in both Pittsburgh, PA and Stuart, FL. David is also Vice President of Industrial Sales for TDI Group, LLC, located in Blawnox, PA. He is a Certified Machinery & Equipment Appraiser through The Association of Machinery and Equipment Appraisers (AMEA), and an Accredited Appraiser through The Equipment Appraisers Association of North America.

Gina Sies
Gina began her career at Pennsylvania Commercial Real Estate, Inc. in 2008. Since then, she has become an integral part of the organization. Gina acts as the primary liaison for potential clients, working closely with the brokers and their clientele to facilitate each real estate transaction. Her many roles include office management, marketing and design, real estate leasing and sales, property management and administrative support. Gina is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Pennsylvania and is a Certified Staging Design Professional through Staging Studio SDP™.
Office Manager & Sales Associate
Jayne is a Certified Public Accountant with over 25 years of experience in the Real Estate industry and oversees all accounting functions for the organization. Jayne entered the United States Air Force after high school graduation and was honorably discharged as a Staff Sergeant after four years of active duty. She earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Robert Morris University. She feels fortunate to be with Pennsylvania Commercial Real Estate since 2007.
