Paul Jaroszynski, Senior Project Manager – With a reputation as one of the finest finish carpenters in the region, Paul’s value as a project Foreman, Contractor Superintendent and Project Superintendent was realized early in his career. As a carpentry foreman, he has worked on projects including build-out work at numerous retail properties as well as at the Pittsburgh International Airport. He was the foreman for the 10-wing renovation of Montefiore Hospital.

As a Superintendent, Paul has managed projects for retail clients including Gymboree, Border’s Books, The Disney Store, Carmike’s Cinemas and Loew’s Theatres. As a Project Superintendent, his work centered on office properties and included numerous tenant fit-out projects that in total involved over 650,000 square feet of construction. Paul has also managed the processes of demolition and abatement of commercial space plus numerous renovation projects to convert aging infrastructure to meet current building and ADA codes.

With over twenty years experience managing projects in the construction industry, Paul joined PA Commercial in 2007 to provide project management and maintenance management services. Presently working at the corporate headquarters for NOVA Chemicals Inc., Paul’s broad knowledge has proven to be invaluable in the operation of the facilities and with the many on-going projects.

Paul attended Thiel college and subsequently apprenticed as a carpenter through the Carpenter’s Apprenticeship of
Western Pennsylvania.
